Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered confirmed once we receive full payment or a deposit as specified in the booking process. Confirmation will be sent via email, including booking details and important information.
Payment:
Payment details will be provided during the booking process. We accept various payment methods. Full payment is required before the start of your safari or tour.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation. Refunds will be subject to our refund policy.
b. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
Changes to Bookings:
Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Changes made within [timeframe] of the tour start date may not be possible.
Travel Insurance:

Our itineraries are carefully planned, but changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will strive to provide similar alternatives if needed.
Liability:
a. Volcano Adventures will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred during the safari or tour.
b. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, and we recommend keeping valuables secure.
Code of Conduct:
Respect local customs, wildlife, and natural environments. Adhere to the laws and regulations of the destinations visited.
Photography and Media:
By participating in our tours, you grant Volcano Adventures the right to use images and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseeable events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, Kenya, or Uganda (depending on where the tour began.
